This picture was taken about two years ago during a "HELL YES IT'S FRIDAY!" dance party in my photographer's car. I am too tired to dance this morning, so here.
My week in a nutshell: chasing a"horse posse", spending another 80 hours with my common law husband/photographer, fighting off the the wafts of death oozing from the break room fridge, staying 2 hours late every night to *practice* a new newscast that wasn't airing, and going through the same routine every day of trying to open up the daily newscast rundown on my computer, only to find myself asking the question for anyone within earshot to answer, "Is today ...(insert wrong day of the week here)?".
It's about time Friday rolled around.
It's about time Friday rolled around.
It's mornings like these when I remember the wise, insightful, deep advice a consultant once gave me. (This is why she gets paid the big bucks). She said, "E, it's very important for reporters to feel like a 10! And drink plenty of water, because viewers can really tell if you're skin looks bad and you don't feel like a 10."
Maybe next week.
The goal by the end of this week, stop celebrating Christmas. (Photo taken last night).
