Let's DO THIS.

I had make a BIG MOVE the other day, aaaaalllllll the way across a row of cubicles to the other side of the newsroom. Everyone had to move into new assigned seating.  I guess some of us were talking too much in class?  Hence the boy/girl/boy/girl seating chart created my news director borrowed from Miss Hess, my 2nd grade teacher?.

So. While reluctantly moving into my new diggs, I did a little *decorating*.  Lots of people set out their awards. Some go with an inspirational image like that guy in the row boat with the word IMAGINE/SUCCESS/PEOPLE REALLY LIKE ME (etc.) rippling in the water.  Whatever.

I went with my own inspirational image. Maggie.

Every time I look at this 140 pound princess taped next to my computer, she says "Let's DO THIS. "

Now, I know when I took this picture Christmas morning, she was (big surprise) hell bent on getting another leftover scrap of food or dog biscuit (probably the former.  once you feed her leftover eggs benedict she looks at real dog food like it's peasant dumpster garbage... like you think SHE'S A DOG or something).  So. That's why you see a look of YOU better give me more OR ELSE.

So. Now when I get to work, I hope to work hard, persist on, just like Maggie, who will never give up on her dream of inhaling an entire meatloaf.  Let's DO THIS.
